Turning Ideas into “OH! What Fun!”
Welcome to Crossword Time, home to a growing collection of original puzzles, games, and brain-teasing products created by InnOHvations.
For me, creating puzzles and games has never been just about entertainment. It’s about that wonderful moment when someone suddenly discovers the solution and smiles…
“OH! I see it!”
That feeling of discovery has inspired everything I’ve created.
Where It All Began
My journey began with a simple idea: create products that make people think, laugh, and enjoy unique challenges.
The first products were puzzle-themed timepieces, including the Crossword Calendar, Crossword Clock, Roman Clock XXIV, Diamond Duo Clock/Calendar, and Crossword Inspirations.
Because those early products mostly centered around crosswords and time, the company was named Crossword TimeWorks, and the website crosswordtime.com was born.
It was the perfect name at the time!
Growing Beyond Crosswords
As the years passed, my interests expanded far beyond crossword-themed products. Today, Crossword Time includes:
• Daily puzzles, including Scramble and Fragments.
• Board games, including Scramblex Showdown.
• Card games, including Letter Perfect.
• Puzzle books, including Fragments, Scramblitz, Brain Gym, and more, all available on Amazon.
• Crossword Calendar, the product that started it all!
While the product lines evolved, one thing never changed: creating original experiences that challenge the mind while putting a smile on people’s faces.
The Story Behind InnOHvations
People often ask me about the unusual name InnOHvations.
Ironically, it wasn’t created in a brainstorming branding session — it happened quite by accident!
A few years ago, I wanted a California personalized license plate that read INNOV8R, but it was already taken. After trying several alternatives, I finally came up with and received:
Only after the plate arrived did I notice the letters “OH” sitting right in the middle. A graphic artist friend and I immediately realized that “OH!” perfectly captured the reaction we hoped people would have when solving one of my puzzles or discovering one of my games. That happy accident inspired both our company name —
InnOHvations
— and our company slogan:

Sometimes the best ideas are the ones never planned.
Giving Back
Another important part of my story is my commitment to supporting Alzheimer’s research. Many families, including mine, have been touched by Alzheimer’s disease. That’s why the proceeds from my products help support Alzheimer’s research. Every purchase not only brings the joy of puzzles and games to others — it also helps support the search for better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
Looking Ahead
Although the products have evolved from crossword-themed timepieces to mobile apps, board games, and card games, the mission remains exactly the same:
